More About Karri

Karri began her riding career when she was 8 years old taking lessons at an Arabian farm in Chehalis, Washington. A year later she began competing in performance events. She spent most of her youth riding in 4H and local events competing in English and Western pleasure and equitation, trail, western games, and showmanship. She dabbled in jumping, and dressage, as well. While in college she spent most days trail riding and being a working student. Most recently she has taken up a passion for dressage and has been dedicated to really diving into the sport. In 2018 she began competing in recognized events with some success.

In 2015 Karri graduated from Langley Equine Studies with a certificate in Equine Massage therapy. Horses truly are her passion. Karri is honored for the chance to bring horses comfort through the art of both saddle fitting and bodywork.

Karri currently owns 3 horses of her own. Mags is her 17-year-old Arabian mare. Serena is a 11-year-old Arabian mare and is her show partner while they work toward their Bronze Medal. Karri also owns a 31-year-old mustang gelding who is enjoying the life of retirement.

Outside of horses Karri enjoys kayaking, mountaineering, and hiking.
